Homemade granola

Mix the following ingredients in a large bowl: 500 gr fine oat flakes, 80 gr sesame and poppy seeds, 150 gr sunflower seeds, 150 gr pumpkin seeds, 1/2 handful of flaxseeds, 2 handfuls of grated coconut, 200 gr almonds, 100 gr walnuts, 6 tablespoons of coconut fat, a handful of dried dates, a 1/2 handful of raisins, 3 tablespoons of cinnamon, 1/2 tablespoon of nutmeg, a thick pinch of salt, 230 ml of maple syrup. We divide the mixture: half goes into the oven for about max 1/2 hour at 150 ° (that gives a delicious toasted and crispy taste), the other half in our food dehydrator (min 4 hours at 40 °, so the nutritional value is preserved). Stir the mixture occasionally and check for crispness and flavor yourself. This is delicious for breakfast with some yogurt or rice milk. It is a standard part of the breakfast we offer.
